Starter kit for a digital course

The digital starter kit provides all the basic materials needed to implement a complete Blue Engineering course in the digital space - including all three phases of the course concept. It is suitable for courses worth 5 or 6 ECTS credits over approximately 15 weeks with 90 to 180 minutes of working time per week. The starter package is an open template - adaptable, expandable and ready for use - and at the same time it offers the security of a tried and tested schedule with fully developed building blocks over several semesters.

Phase 1 – Orientation and introduction – Three prepared course dates help participants to get to know key topics, methods and the course concept. This also includes reflection and group formation.

Phase 2 – Conducting existing building blocks – Participants take responsibility for an existing building block and carry it out independently in small groups. Didactic tips on implementation and peer feedback are included.

Phase 3 – Developing your own building block – From the middle of the course, the groups design, implement and document their own building block. The starter pack provides methodological instructions and examples.
